my duties within the Florida Action Committee were to deal with issues that arise from these stings. .I was also asked to work with that guy who posted that sign in his yard about being a sex offender in Destin a few months back.....i am not too familiar with Floridas sex offender laws, but i do know that they are some of the most strict laws in the country.

go ahead an ramble on. The FAC is a legitimate organization........the presentation will be made public soon and has supporting documents on the argument. The facts are they are doing these for no reason. The facts are they swept it under the rug thus the deleting of online accounts. The facts are counties like Miami-dade have had no such stings. The facts are there has been a 74% increase in the number of sex offenders in the state of Florida over the past years as opposed to 23% for the rest of the country. The facts are sting operations are a product of ongoing criminal activity....there was none! None of the guys arrested were under suspicion

the men that are found to be predisposed are a bit different, but the fact is that they are doing the stings for no reason....thats a problem. Those who had CP, yea, thats pretty darn nasty, but We do have certain inalienable rights given to us by the constitution. due process violations are all over the place with these stings. If youre going to perform these stings, you have to weed out those who fall unsuspecting...they are not doing that. I mentioned the arrests #'s earlier and how they are skewed.

oh yea, and i dont need to prove this, i know this....they are tampering with evidence. The cop that did my arrest report clearly included things i didnt say. You cannot just make up crap to make people look guilty as sin, and that is what has happened. Falsifying an arrest report is illegal..... Its unbelievable

but i am not defending those that are predisposed, but not too many are. Thats the problem....men are being found guilty anyway and subjected to the criminal justice system. Its all about funding. Few arrests, no funding.....make it look like we have a problem, continued funding.

i dont know the whole story about Gails son, so i cant defend him. I did hear that he wasnt the only one who had access to the computer in question....i dont remember the exact particulars. CP is a totally different issue, and a questionable one at that due to P2P, etc. From what i have read, there are scumbags out there that will find a vulnerable computer using p2p and store their stuff on other peoples computers w/o them knowing about it. Its really scary if you think about it. Not everybody is computer literate
