I just saw the video on the police stop on the TX driver who committed suicide

The media has moved on.   Nobody cares about Sandra Bland suicide anymore.

The family (and their attorney) will likely receive a negotiated settlement from the County for negligence in not recognizing her mental health issues at intake as they should have.      Or maybe not ... depends on how much their attorney tries to "hold up" the county for.   It's probably not a case the plaintiff's attorney will really want to take to court though ... not in Texas.

If my sister needed help, I would be there. That is not the issue.

Those are happening, but they are in defensive circle the wagons mode since the civil suit was filed......the one which was suppose to never happen....yep.

I never said a civil suit wouldn't happen. You could have bet it would happen. People like to blame others for everything. It will go nowhere w/ the officer, though.
