No, but your assumptions are.  A slow annual stepped minimum wage adjustment over twenty years will cause wage inflation.   Across the board wages will go up.  Sadly the last thirty years of trickle down economic vodoo, wage deflation has been the rule and the median income has crashed in direct proportion to the wealth distribution which has crippled demand and our GDP.  During this period the value of capital was artificially enhanced by lower tax rates and crushing reductions in the median income as multi national corporations and individuals came to the trough of subsidy and tax elimination and pigged out taking valuable capital assets in the form of factories where they could continue the downward wage pressure.

Germany took a different approaches with wages and capital......and their economy has grown at a far greater rate than the American economy and the median income in that country crushed our numbers during the last thirty years.   So to somebody with no training or education in economics, your simplistic paradigm of trickle down always made sense, and your prejudices reinforce that some labor has no value.....sadly you cannot even fathom how stupid your posts are when discussing economics.

All you're asking is what is the unemployment rate of high school dropouts between 16 and 24.  As you know, it's a lot.

About 10% of real estate professionals are intelligent, and when one talks about changing the laws to allow house showing by minimal wage folks, open houses, the squeal from the monopoly is too funny.  Give me a minimum wage house sitter, and a good real estate attorney, and eliminate the billions wasted on folks who barely can write a sentence, and maybe we can quit this illusion that for those billions there is any service connected to the same.  Now Mr. Markle is obviously part of the 10%, but he has admitted teaching these minimum wage qualified folks so he must know what I am talking about.....dumbest profession next to barbers and hairdressers who at least are good with rumors.

Seems to me that if it's so easy to sit for a Real Estate exam, which will enable one to make a lucrative salary (commission) that's exactly what these minimum wage earners should do. Problem solved.
