He is the dumbest legal analyst on TV........Judge Judy is a genius in comparison.......an impeachable offense.......the only offense is listening to someone who puts Judge before their last name and sells their soul on Fox News.

“We have gone on record with a notification to Congress and whoever else that ‘APHIS would eliminate assistance to producers in 24 states in managing wildlife damage to the aquaculture industry, unless they provide funding to cover the costs.’ So it is our opinion that however you manage that reduction, you need to make sure you are not contradicting what we said the impact would be,” Mr. Brown, in the internal email.

It is totally constitutional to manage or mismanage the country with the funds available. It is totally constitutional to cut programs which benefit your opponents or benefit a region which supports your opponents. It is totally constitutional to maximize the pain of your opponents who in creating a quagmire in congress hope to force cuts they cannot achieve in certain areas by the blackmail of the big S. The Judge has to understand that his prostitution does not change the constitution, and that in the big boy world of politics........those in power always take advantage to weaken their opponents........and to suggest that the same is unconstitutional is simply for the weak of mind.

it is NOT constitutional to endanger the populace on purpose for politcal gain.

The evidence is abundant. The only thing weak is the will power of our congress to uphold the law and constitution.

Please show me where it says in the constitution that its ok to purposly cause harm to the public for political capitol.

and I would like you to give me a example that is much like his one where they want to make sure the public suffers such as not inspecting chicken houses so there are less chickens on the market which will drive up the cost.
