Officers are going door to door in a Southern California mountain community attempting to track a fugitive former Los Angeles police officer suspected in three murders after finding his burned-out truck in the area, as thousands of officers searched for the suspect across three states and into Mexico.
The suspect has been identified as Christopher Jordan Dorner, 33, and he is considered extremely dangerous and armed with multiple weapons, authorities say. He is accused of killing a college basketball coach and her fiance last weekend, then following through on a vow to kill police by opening fire Wednesday night on three officers, killing one.
The killings appear to be retaliation for his 2008 termination from the Los Angeles Police Department for making false statements, authorities say. Dorner posted an online manifesto that warned, "I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty."

Well Mr. Chrissy, unlike you and your hero Herr Markle, who are quick to deal only with surface appearances and immediately label someone to suit your own corrupt political purposes, I don't see LA's crazy cop as anything but another victim of Amerika Inc. Dorner's absolutely correct about racism being rampant in the LAPD. Why do you think there was a major riot when Rodney King's beaters were found not guilty? LA's cops whose beats are southeast, southwest LA, the Carson district, etc. They either take part in pushing blacks around, or they turn their head away and say nothing. Let's face it. Eventually, the same as there are soldiers who come back from tours in Afghanistan where they have taken part as bloody crusaders, and who, when they've had all they can take, they go nuts and suck their pistol barrels or take it out in some other bloody violent way. The thing is, they start out as good guys wanting to do good, and then they are corrupted and expected to just "get along" with it.
Unlike you and your hero Markle, I don't see Dorner as the bad guy here ... he's just another victim. Screw Amerika Inc.
Markle is just pointing out the obvious and taking every opportunity to do so as many on this forum do.
Its good to see you admit that he is right, because it obvious and foolish to have even tried to debate it.
This man has a growing popularity which is concerning. Even jessie jackson said he felt the mans pain.
They chased him using drones. thousands of officers. how in the hell did this man escape.
