I don't have the ability to see who voted for what, though after waking up this morning and seeing that the vote had miraculously tipped in Markle's favor, I decided to look at the Member List of this forum.  It turns out that we coincidentally had several visits from people who haven't so much as logged into this forum in over three years.   And they all happened to visit the forum between 10pm and roughly midnight.  

Just imagine that.  People who haven't visited the forum in years all decided to login at roughly the same time last night, vote, and then go back to wherever they came from.

People like Markle got under my skin when I came to the realization that there are real world consequences to propagating the type of bullshit narratives that Markle brings to this forum.

Planned Parenthood did no wrong, though they are now losing funding in Ohio because of a bullshit narrative like the one Markle propagates here.  Ohioans who relied on that organization are now screwed because of people like Markle who view this as all fun and games.

Shirley Sherrod was not making racist comments in her video, though she was fired nevertheless because of the narrative that was propagated by people like Markle.

Acorn wasn't helping pimps dressed in Halloween costumes smuggle underage prostitutes into the US, thought they no longer exist because of the very narrative that was propagated by the Markle's of the world.

In short, people like Markle get under my skin because I see no point in providing a platform for objectively false narratives that are aimed at causing measurable harm in the real world.

So...let me get this straight.  Please correct me if I have this wrong.

AFTER a vote, put up by another Progressive went overwhelmingly against you, one in which you had no control.  Like a reasonable adult, you responded to your forum members properly and restored my posting privileges.

After reconsidering your move, you contrived a poll with two others saying that if I wasn't thrown off the forum for no reason, all three of these other members were leaving.

Why you started this childish exchange, I have no clue.  All you had to do was to post your facts refuting my facts, which I always post with the specific text, so I am not accused of twisting a source.  I also post the link, which, many times others have read and brought forth something I had not posted.

I still say, I don't want you, or the other two to leave the forum.  I see no reason.

Everyone, take a deep breath and do some self-relaxing techniques and come back not taking things personal.
