recommendation on asphalt paving company

has somebody had a good experience with a paving company?

I worked alongside Panhandle Paving & Grading during mitigation following Ivan here on the island . . . . they have good people but no clue how competitive they are for private projects Mr. Oats . . .

Sold one. Terrible experience. Seller's brother was an attorney, flat out told us we know we owe you the commission but we'll keep this in court for two years.

They did and the day we were to appear on court, they paid the $42,000 commission to me. A learning experience.

Construction folks with deep pockets can be total dicks. Pure power is the only thing they respect.

It wasn't that they had such deep pockets but the brother is an attorney so their legal fees were zero.

That was my first ill adventure with commercial sales.
