If it were a million Buddhas March, million southern Baptist march or any other of the over 600 religions practiced in our country would that same band of brothers have done the same? Probably not, remember even Muslims in our country who are citizens are Americans first and absent illegal behavior should be given respect instead of a countering offensive by the Hells Angels with American flags.
Where did you see the Hells Angels colors?

Why?
Some backers of the "Million Muslim March" were Truthers. You know, folks like Van Jones of President Barack Hussein Obama's administration.  The Muslims also were protesting the indefinite detention of Terrorists at GITMO.  The purpose was also to demonstrate the outrage felt by Muslims about 9/11 too.

The Biker movement started out of their, and millions of others...displeasure about Muslims demonstrating on 9/11 that 1.  they didn't do it, and 2. that Muslim terrorists should be released.

No, they weren't.  They were there to commemorate their lost friends and relatives who were killed on 9/11 and also their fellow men-at-arms who lost their lives as a result of the wars that ensued in the aftermath.  But I see the right-wing spin machine is in high gear.
Youre wrong as usual.

They purposely made the bike run to head off the million muslim march.

That was why they were not given a permit.

but they did it anyway, because they have the rights of US citizens to drive on any road. Very Happy

Exactly they've been saying that from the start--and yes they have that right and should have been given the permit from the start!

And, of course, so do the American Muslims . . .

The permit that the bikers wanted was the type that could provide the bikers with the ability to ride through the capitol without stopping for stop signs, pedestrians, red lights and so forth. This permit was denied because to implement it would have caused serious traffic jams in the Capitol. And if you've driven in DC you would know how bad the traffic is.
It was right for the bikers to be denied this permit. They are not any more special than the rest of us, even if they chose to ride for hundreds or thousands of miles on their bikes to come to DC to either engage the protesting hoards of Muslims they thought they'd encounter or their 2nd idea when the first one started blowing up in their faces which was to honor those who were killed on 9/11. It's a shame that they waited 12 years to do this and only did it because they were coming after those Muslims.

The permit the bikers requested was a "ride through" permit which would have allowed a them a to have a police escort and to ignore traffic signals and laws. Since the Muslim permit had been issued previously, that would have been extremely dangerous.

The bikers did have permission to ride through the city, but, they had to comply with traffic regulations. At the staging area, bikers were set off in groups of 50 with spacing in between so they could easier comply with traffic signals.

The Muslim effort was being led by some really, really, far left characters and moderate Muslims did not want to be associated with them. That is my GUESS.

That is not the case.

You obviously have no idea what bikers have done over the past 12 years in respect of those who perished in the 9/11 act of war, the first responders and the military upon their send off or return to the battle lines.
