The only ones who keep arguing against having all Americans see a doctor on a regular basis to help live healthier lives, and therefore reducing future health care costs are the ones who just cannot stand it was the black guy who finally did it.  These ones also keep arguing to keep giving away free healthcare even though it is a full one/fifth of our entire economy.
See, health care reform is a Republican/conservative idea from the '90s. So it makes all the bigots crazy that the black guy enacted a conservative idea.
This makes the bigots so crazy, they forget they are conservative.

No racism boy, we can't stand it because all of us who have actual jobs will be the ones paying for it.

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/12/business/unions-misgivings-on-health-law-burst-into-view.html?_r=0

Labor’s renewed anger over Mr. Obama’s health care law and decisions surrounding it, especially the postponement of an employer mandate to ensure coverage for workers and the potential effects of the coming health insurance exchanges on existing plans.

According to officials briefed on the call, the president voiced concern about labor’s criticisms, prompting the union federation’s leader, Richard Trumka, to promise that he would try to soften the harshly worded resolutions that several unions planned to push at this week’s A.F.L.-C.I.O. convention in Los Angeles.

Despite overtures on both sides — with Mr. Obama agreeing on the call to sit down with some union leaders to address their concerns at the White House, and Mr. Trumka initially hoping to quash such a public rift between the president and his party’s traditional allies — labor leaders criticized the administration and Congress on Wednesday at their convention.

While praising the overall legislation, the delegates overwhelmingly passed a sharply worded resolution that demanded changes to some of its regulations, although Mr. Trumka made sure to strip out some proposals that called for repealing the legislation.

At the convention, though, several labor leaders spoke their minds.

“If the Affordable Care Act is not fixed and it destroys the health and welfare funds that we have fought for and stand for, then I believe it needs to be repealed,” said Terence M. O’Sullivan, president of the Laborers’ International Union of North America. “We don’t want it to be repealed. We want it to be fixed, fixed, fixed.

“We’ve had our asses kicked on retirement security and we know our health funds are under siege,” he added. “We ask the president and Congress to do the right thing for the men and women we represent.”

Id rather sell my body parts then help the country die.

and not to my knowledge down here but I wouldn't be surprised. ACA is the law of the land, nothing can be done about it. They will never repeal it as a whole and it would take years to repeal it piece by piece hence its so big, I think they knew that.

So hospitals and any other healthcare facility are stuck with either trying to make it benefit them or work or just sitting idle by the way side. I imagine some of these hospitals will comb their books for non pays and chronically ill patients to give them a call and get them signed up. Don't hold your breath that they will call all their good paying customers. These people aint stupid.

List of unions, corps, associations... etc... that have been exempted from obamacare. Not including religions or certain ethnic groups. And I'll ask here too... why were corporations given a year reprieve... but the workers were not? Where's that social justice thingy?

Perhaps the damage you have suffered is in reading comprehension, Mr. Eagle.  The question high-lighted above tells me that you have not read the first one of my posts. Or, that you have read them, but cannot comprehend.
So sorry.
I have been arguing for all Americans to see a doctor on a regular basis in order to live healthier lives and therefore reducing future healthcare costs. I also have been arguing against giving away free healthcare. You, Mr. Eagle, and you ilk have been arguing exactly the opposite.
So, what you typed above absolutely does not sum up my position.  My position has been clear since I started posting on this cute, little forum.

My reading comprehension is just fine. I suggest that it's your ability to speak and write comprehensively that is ultimately lacking and I suspect that being from your having had to many bad schrooms.

All Americans have been free to see a doctor, or not, so they can lead healthier lives since the founding of this country. So you see I have not been arguing whatever it is you are attempting to convey from your convoluted imaginings.

But I see now from your dictatorial musings that you feel all Americans should be required to see a doctor like it's a mandatory thing (NOTE: Blue highlighted sentence in your post). Might I suggest a excellent psychiatrist or two for yourself since you're apparently having some sort of superiority complex that leads you to be obsessive compulsive about the lives of others.

You are correct that reading is fundamental but comprehending what you are reading is an absolute necessity that you are apparently incapable of even after all this time on the forum.

Furthermore perhaps you should think, which I am doubtful you are capable of, prior to writing your nonsense and people wouldn't be writing you statements... and questions over your psychotic ramblings that you become belligerent about.

Are you trying say that all Americans haven't been free to go in and see a doctor if they wanted to?

Please tell me why that would happen without a restraining order from the doctor.

I would opine that he is serious but this is still the good ole USA and he can speak his piece. Remember, we still have religions that practice the handling of venomous snakes to test their faith . . . . . it's America!

dreams, excuse me but I couldn't resist this retort, may I offer one of my own please?

You must live under a rock if you actually believe that absent medical insurance you can actually have access to a Family Practitioner and/or certainly not to a specialist. That's why these people end up in emergencies rooms for the freaking flu because they do not have access, got it?

I've made up my mind about that response in the other thread. It does apply to people like you who think they should be able to sit in front of their game machine all day and be paid for it.

Which ones would those be?

People like you who sit in front of your Xbox all day and expect to be paid for it?

Walk in with the cash/assets and the doctor will see you with or without health insurance and you know it.

I surmised you would say that but your statement would be wholly inaccurate since you must have the means to pay the Dr. We are not talking about freedoms here but the ability to acquire a service which poor people do not have. Try getting an appt. w/o insurance. People who have the means to pay certainly have the means to have insurance and Dr.s know that so they also know they're cash means would be limited.

No! I'm pretty sure that one of the most ignorant posters here is you... Though there are a few around here that could give you a good run for your money on that position.

Show me where what I've stated about healthcare doesn't pertain to the topic at hand.

That's right go numb your brain cells some more on that gaming machine you'll be number one yet.

My statement is totally accurate it's yours that is inaccurate.

Are you now saying that there are not free clinics that people who do not have the cash/assets can not go to?

If that's what you're saying then I don't believe you.

Well who would have guessed a thread that went from hospitals in the game, to Chrissy selling her body parts, to a list of exemptions longer than my arm? But it is thought provoking, the hospitals want as many signed up on insurance as possible so they can finally get insurance money from the poor people. The list pkr may or may not be correct today, so many reversals, employer reporting delayed and now although each employer has to give their employee's a notice about by Oct 1 stating their options and it was suppose to be $100 a day fine for every employee that didn't receive the notice, looks like you still have to give notice but no one to police it or much less collect the fine. Let's just see if the whole employer thing isn't scrapped in the next year. But then if the individual mandate is to succeed the govt will have to up what they are collecting in taxes from insurance company's. Yep, it will be nice to do a lot business for the next 6 months, but I cannot seeing this sustaining itself in present form. Just no money.
