The Republican Governors and state legislators were concerned about lack of federal funding in four or five years. This is legitimate, but they also know that had they cooperated fully our system would be transcending to medicare for all because of just what Joanni is saying. The only answer has always been medicare for all, and it improves efficiency and has compassion for all people. WE will get there, and Republicans know this but do not want to allow the President any success.

The Republicans are not going to lie about Medicaid for the sake of Obama's reputation. Medicaid does not work and Obama damn well knows it.

I hope my good friend Floridatexan will explain something to me. Where does the $9.5 BILLION in tax money YOU say Texas is losing by not expanding Medicaid, come from?

That would be...TAX PAYERS would it not?

So Floridatexan says Texas would GAIN...something...by the Federal Government collecting tens of BILLIONS more in TAXES FROM Texas, then filtering it through the waste and corruption of the Federal Government which then sends part of it $9.5 BILLION BACK to the Great State of Texas.

 Rolling Eyes Yep.....Michelle devised a plan to remove Medicaid patients from her hospital and DUMP them on smaller community hospitals.

One such case was a surgical emergency.....not a non emergency case like a snotty nose for 2 weeks. It was a child that had his face mauled by a dog. Even though he was covered under Medicaid and he was a true emergency case......Medicaid is low pay. The hospital only wanted affluent patients, so they turned him away after giving him a tetanus shot and an antibiotic. The kid needed emergency reconstructive surgery not an hour bus ride to a small outlying community hospital.

In case you forgot-- you and I have discussed this several times before. Now, the big blow came down with the case of Dontae Adams but dumping had been occurring for quite awhile..low income, indigent, medicaid and low pay insurances were dumped...this included a large number of black patients...all under the plan of Michelle with the help of Valarie Jarrett, and David Axelrod.
They worked on the Obama care plan too.
