Why do you bring stuff down on yourself thinking that you are actually that important that any one of us would do anything to you? You aren't worth the jail and bail time.

You've told us the taxes will crush the economy and kill jobs. If the economy keeps expanding and the jobs situation continues to improve, we can say you were wrong.

You've told us that there won't be enough doctors and our care will be compromised. I think that one is easy enough to monitor to see if you are wrong or not.

So, put in in writing on this thread. How, SPECIFICALLY, will you measure the success or failure of ObamaCare.

Wow...when did Progressives start measuring the success or failure of a program? All that's important to Progressives is whether or not a program makes them FEEL good.

We were promised that ObamaCare would be cost neutral. As we all know, that has gone out the window, and the over runs are already over a $1 Trillion with people NOT being able to keep the doctors they wanted or keep the plans they had.

Here is a visual of ObamaCare in the very, very near future.

So,the cost reduction efforts are working. Good news.[/quote]
Chrissy wrote:

Im afraid you really don't understand. the lowering of workers salaries
and the lowering of the amount of skill we demanded in the past has nothing to do with lowering the cost of healthcare. healthcare has gone up, way up. organizations are trying to stay above water and is coming off the backs of the employee and at the cost of patient safety and you call that good news. ha

That part of the bill covers primary care doctors and the checks are going to be sent with payments retroactive to the beginning of the year
.

the reason for this bribe was to attract more doctors to sign up for mediciad before the mandate kicked in 2014. do you think all the regulations and the known fact payment hasn't been sent or isn't even close has made more docs sign up? it hasn't. Do you come up with all these excuses for a failure all by yourself?

So, the people who haven't been getting any treatment because they don't have insurance are going to get worse care? Sees legit.

weve sacrificed 100% of the population for a very small fraction of the population. I realize you and the rest of the left have this all or nothing attitude, you know better for everyone to have a crumb and all starve then for a few to have an actual life saving piece of bread mentality. utopian dreams kill people.

All the evidence points to the fact that the nutties have judged Obamacare a failure before it has been fully implemented and studied. That tells me all I need to know about how honestly they'll assess the program.

I never saw so many people want our President to fail..
While bush was in office I was constantly called anti- American for pointing out his failures by the same ones who are spreading lies about the current Prez. .. Now that a Ni**** is in office it's okay to do it..

I have two surefire ways to tell if someone is a raving idiot:

1) They wear one of those balance bracelets
3 years after Obamacare signed into law and it is moreunpopular than ever - Page 2 Power-balance-bracelet-black

2) In a seemingly robotic fashion, they blame the President for everything.

It's the same people who get on here and lie.We know who they are and thank God sanity has overruled them. They're society's misfits masquerading as normal people.

sure dismiss what ive said as nutties. weve been dealing with parts of obamacare for 3 years and the more harsh parts wont begin to be implemented till next year.

you didn't care to address the purpose of the Medicaid payment expansion that will only last for 2013. and the fact the check is not in the mail which has not done what it was supposed to do which was get more docs to Medicaid. its just another failure of this plan.

you ignore all the job loss in healthcare and outside of health due to obamacare.

you ignore that 6 our of 10 docs say they will retire early due to obamacare.

you've ignored all the rationing that has already begun with trying to get referrals for specialist or even with nursing homes.

Ive been very honest about this as I am having to deal with daily. how do you think specialists companies such as the one im in deals with cuts like we took this year of 52%?

basically you just ignore all the facts

stay in la la land, 2014 will be here soon enough. that's when all the people outside of healthcare will really start to get a good view of what really is going on. and its not about helping people, its about controlling people.

You Can Thank the Health Care Industry for the Economic Recovery

"Since the recession hit in late 2007, a huge proportion of the new jobs have been in the health sector—hospitals, doctors’ offices and nursing homes. All along, those jobs have been rising at a steady clip, while jobs in all other sectors have seen more dismal performance."

snip

"Health care jobs are across the income spectrum, including low-paid hospital janitors and highly paid doctors and executives. But many are the kind of middle class jobs with benefits and opportunities for advancement that are disappearing from other sectors."

What's more is that the health care sector continues to provide growing profits and investor interest. The health care ETF (ticker: XLV) is up ~55% since the passage of Obamacare. The sector includes pharmaceuticals; health care equipment & supplies; health care providers & services; biotechnology; life sciences tools & services; and health care technology.

You may love your graphs, but I am speaking solely as a person out here who talks to healthcare professionals, vendors etc everyday. and that's not what is going on NOW.

what is going on is lesser qualified people are being hired with shorter hours to save money. this is a fact. you will be able to have your next graph which may show the accuracy of whats going on in a couple of years. because the big cuts just took effect in jan of this year.

and while I would agree that healthcare is a good career to be in, because it is the largest economy in the USA now which is why the gov wants to control it along with it helps them be in control of you. It is being disseminated quickly.

If you think this is solely my opinion, you would be wrong. everyone in upper management in healthcare is aware of this downturn.

There is no other way to deal with the cuts other than hire less qualified low wage workers, cut hours and make people work more with less for less. < this is the new healthcare strategy for survival. You wont know it till you need it.

Doesn't a uptick in this mean a rising cost as well?

the cost of healthcare has gone up exponentially too.

So what else is new w/ Chrissy? It's part of the republican persona. Misinformed, unenlightened and downright stupid. It was great during the elections when she and others raved and raved about Obama and put out all these distortions only to be slapped down again. They never learn. LOL!

No. It reflects rising profits.

Ya think adding 27 million new people to the group of insureds is going to affect the bottom lines of these companies starting next year? Medical stocks are leading the market this year.

Translation: Margin Call is looking at aggregate data that reflects the big picture and is drawing the conclusion that Chrissy is making misstatements of fact. Chrissy has derived a conclusion about the one of the country's largest business sector based on her personal anecdotes.

As for wanting this President to fail, he is doing a glorious job all by himself with no help whatsoever.

You really need to start reading something besides the DailyKOS and The Nation.

Thousands of small and larger businesses are discontinuing the insurance they have on their employees or are reducing the hours of their employees so they are no longer full time.
