If you read the background regarding these proceedings it's difficult to tell. The committee vote today was simply to pass it to the full house. If that's approved by margin then it goes to the DC US Attorney (Trump appointee) to determine if a grand jury matter involves "grave hostile acts of a foreign power" or other intelligence information, the information can be shared with appropriate government officials. The law also lets a judge release grand jury information when strong public interest is at stake (As with Nixon). If that's declined it would go to the US appellate court. If all of those hoops are cleared (highly unlikely) then there are still restrictions "elaborate precautions to insure against unnecessary and inappropriate disclosure of these materials." Btw... there are apparently millions of pieces of evidence that went into Muller's and then Barr's findings. Hundreds of interviews, subpoenas, warrants... even raids and perp walks. The investigation was thoroughly and expertly conducted... y'all just don't like the verdict... likely handing Trump the 2020 election. Good work comrades.
