Trump hates the Constitution ...

That's a perfect example of the State favoring a religion and definitely a no no in our Constitution.

From my POV, to be in line with the Constitution and rational, peace loving politics, Trump's ban should block all Christians and Muslims.  Atheists only should be given a welcome entry.  Atheists don't advocate killing people because they're Muslim or Christian.
