Jurors are like above the law. They actually sit In judgement of both the man and the law.  Suppose a black juror should nullify one of the sillier marihuana laws, that would be unacceptable to the criminal justice system.

The numbers tell the whole story.....felony convictions....mostly non violent drug offenses part of the war on drugs and southern strategy........same folks openly admitting they are trying to use voter obstacles to depress minority voting......

What obstacles were put before him?

The lame steam media steadfastly refused to vet Senator Barack Hussein Obama.

Progressives were so gaga about a minority running for president that they'd vote for him, being totally ignorant about what he had accomplished, what his policies would be were he elected or anything else.

There is some self sabotage in the black culture which is something even they admit. There are only a few accepted ways a black man can make good.  Education isn't one of them. You get labeled an Uncle Tom like Clarence Thomas is labeled.

As you know, and have been shown numerous times but refuse to accept, it was President Lyndon Johnson's "War on Poverty" and "Great Society" which led to the collapse of the black family unit.

Aside from money, what is the key difference between a black child living below the poverty level and one that is living above the poverty level?

Our judicial system is merely a reflection of our general societal attitudes and beliefs. The dominant white culture has exerted white supremacy over all aspects of society. These attitudes permeate every aspect of our lives like water for fish.

It now starts in the schools with the school to prison pipeline and continues to the streets and juries. It can be seen in hiring studies where two identically qualified applicants apply for a job and the one with the name that sounds black does not get hired. It goes on and on.

Of course statistics have to be used to see what is going on. How else are you going to figure it out?

When it comes to convincing anyone of anything, living in a town where the police department has been ordered to harrass your type of human beings, by handing out traffic citations every day to raise city coffers, would, sort of, convince someone that life in Amerika Inc really isn't equal. People living in that condition could, in fact, think of themselves as victims -- without any outside interference, left or right.
