What is the far left Progressive Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby HIDING?

Mosby doesn't want Freddie Gray's autopsy made public

Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby plans to seek a protective order that would block the release of Freddie Gray's autopsy report and other "sensitive" documents as she prosecutes the six police officers involved in his arrest..

Mosby told The Baltimore Sun that prosecutors "have a duty to ensure a fair and impartial process for all parties involved" and "will not be baited into litigating this case through the media."

But an attorney for one of the officers said the effort shows that "there is something in that autopsy report that they are trying to hide."

Autopsies should be released unless something in the Autopsy has revealed something that the prosecutor wants to use to their advantage right now, the defendants will see the autopsy prior to trial and will get the same through ordinary discovery.

No reason to conceal the autopsy unless there is something in it that destroys this disreputable prosecutor. Something that would help the defense.

Not unlike the Michael Brown case in Ferguson. When the autopsy was released it turned out that all the so called "eye witnesses" were bold faced liars.

I have no clue what is in the autopsy report that could damage her case but this makes it seem like she is way off base.

Marilyn Mosby is in WAY over her head. She is inexperienced at best and inept and incompetent at worse.

Ms. Mosby needs to step aside and let an adult handle the case.

Getting a protective order restricting the information from the public does NOT mean the defendants will not have access to it.  My bet they are trying to turn one of the defendants, and the autopsy showed something which has been inconsistent with the defendants statements.

Is it really necessary to tear down each and every person (of color) that has been killed by the police or some stupid "vigilante"?

When this first broke, I'd have bet a fortune on the fact that the police had done something unintentionally causing the death of Freddy Gray.

Now, this inept prosecutor has created doubt. Worst thing in the world in this matter.

Seeking a protective order does not mean anything you have implied.

That is what is prevented by the order. They have the autopsy.

REALLY LATE for that, she's already tried and convicted them in the media. As you well know, that is what she has been severely criticized for since day one.

She's the prosecutor, not a defendant. Exactly when did the door to your brain slam shut?
