Goode has called the GOP's action a heavy-handed effort to control ballot access and intimidate third-party participation.

Now the question remains will the Attorney General who claims he is unbiased, but is working for Romney.....will he take a conservative christian who is well liked off the ballot......because......well because the truth does not matter anymore.

People are saying I am over reacting to what is happening in America. This will be a good test to see if he can remain on the ballot. I may be wrong.....maybe there is still hope for America and integrity......but what I have been seeing....our country is being stolen.

I did not vote for Obama in 2008. I voted for an American hero, John McCain. I did not vote for Romney in the primary....I voted for Newt Gingrich. I will not vote for Obama in 2012. I will vote for Johnson......unless they try to take him off the ballot.
