I'd say it started under woodrow wilson... did you ever read about his policies and heavy handed tactics?

By the federal reserve (central bank) being put in charge of our currency... we became indentured servants.

As the progressive social controls grew... an individuals liberties were shrinking. Soon collectivist think trumped all.

Individual liberty is a threat to collectivist ideologies... it has to be villainized and made morally incorrect... killed off.

The reason is pretty simple. Fear. Fear of free and equal people of color, and now fear of terrorists. Opportunity abounds when free men are fearful men. Evil can fester as once brave men tremble. The rest is simple revisionist history or PKs feudal paradigm......or Mr. Markle's there is a communist under every bed.....he missed that fear by two generations.

Well said!! You're absolutely right. The cops need military weapons and gear because they're afraid of everyone else. And that makes us their enemy.

This syndrome has but one ending: the cops all get gunned down by a people's army. Screw Amerika Inc.

So if the citizens of a city decide to assemble and protest, in the eyes of the police they are instantly perps?

You can't have it both ways Pacedog. When a military appearing gaggle of police face a citizenry who is lodging a legal protest, with machineguns, body armor, and other militarized weaponry or equipment -- they instantly become oppressors -- the enemy of the people.

Is that what you are advocating here? How about some explanation of your position. Nobody is advocating that police face armed assailents -- terrorists, drug cartel people etc. with BB guns. But are you advocating that a city police force assemble like a military force to confront citizens who have a legal right to assemble and protest?

Actually, from where I sit, the government under which the police now commanded no longer represents the people of this country -- but the interests of the oligarchy or corporatocracy. Accordingly, the police ARE our enemy already.

What do you propose to change this situation? More guns and tanks?

People in the Progressive Caucus in Washington, for the most part and I know of no exceptions, are Communists. It was the Communist Party which merged with them when it was formed.

We have semi-retired President Barack Hussein Obama whose mother and father were Communists, and who was mentored by a famous Communist from the time he was a child until he went off to college. What would you expect his appointees to be except Socialist/Communists?

If you support Socialist/Communist concepts and ideals, then wouldn't it follow that you are one?

I'm not sure you're right -- I think he's an outstanding supporter of ultra-right wing, fascist points of view. Thanks to him we now all understand that virtually all progressives (read anyone left of Hitler) are socialist/communists.

If anarchy is at the end of the right side of the ideological scale... it makes no sense to put fascism on the right at all.

I do not think of differences in political ideology as being a straight line. Instead, I think of it as a circle. With the extreme left and right meeting at the bottom of the circle. Independents, at the top of the circle.

Here's what it boils down to Herr Markle -- you believe that the people with the most money should rule.

I believe people should be treated equally, regardless of their wealth.

Whether you are deemed a Nazi or I am deemed a Communist doesn't matter at all. Reality.
