Key Ferguson Shooting Witness Was Previously Charged with Filing False Police Report in 2011
By Lina Batarags, Fri, August 22, 2014 Dorain Johnson, the 22-year-old man who was considered one of the key witnesses in the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, is reported to have been charged with filing a false police report in 2011. In fact, an arrest warrant, also from 2011, was still out for Johnson at the time that Officer Darren Wilson shot Brown. The arrest warrant was issued in Jefferson City.

The autopsy also contradicted Dorain Johnson's account of the shooting and he has hired a prominent attorney in New Orleans to represent him.
