Last Sunday night Tyrone Harris, a friend of Michael Brown, was shot by police officers in an unmarked van after he exchanged fire with them.

Tyrone Harris underwent surgery for his injuries and was charged with four counts of assault on police officers on Monday.

Harris and Mike Brown were friends.

A video surfaced this past week showing shooter Tyrone Harris flashing a gun at a Michael Brown protest in Ferguson.

Tyrone Harris was bailed out of jail in November on previous gun charges by Soros-funded group MORE.
