The whole report is a HIPPA violation from hell. He should sue.

The newsman was booked into Hennepin County Jail and charged with interfering with a peace officer, a misdemeanor.

That happens a lot..stopping their fist with your face....I think it's a felony to stop their boot with your ribs...
