Photo IDs don't seem to suppress the Afghan voting

Face it you guys don't want the limits of your fraud contained or curtailed. The government can make everyone as cheap iD to use. These same people already use an I'D for the bank, to rent a room etc.

College kids all have IDs, ,,,,, the institution they attend provides them
