I do not use a lot of gasoline so the effect on me is minimal.

They should have raised the cost to ride the bus, not the gas tax for the ones that do NOT ride the busses.. With that thinking, they might as well charge non smokers an extra 4% on grocery bills to pay for the cigarettes for the bums on the sides of the road with the "will work for food" signs..
