It is rumored that the Affordable Care Act is going to force Albert who owns the independent gas station on Main and Washington Street to give up his old policy of health insurance and migrate to a new policy. The cost will be an additional $12 per year and he immediately called a local radio and Tv station to let them know he is raising gas prices.
