They didn't realize they had stolen computers and lap tops from a non-profit rape crisis center. They gave the stuff back, leaving a handwritten apology that read:

Burglars Return Stolen Items; Leave Apology Note 130809130545-robber-return-note-story-top

Gee, I guess even thieves can have a soft heart!
