You're right.. toy guns are useless..they should make them illegal..

This is ridiculous. I'm not lawsuit happy but I would damn sure sue the individual school officials for emotional harassment of a 5 year old.

If the school has a problem with a child they should call the parents. It is dead wrong to "interrogate" a child for 2 hours.

Insanity, but what I am really surprised is that with zero tolerance....even toy guns bring an automatic suspension and expulsion pending a school board hearing.......as bad as this was.....all across the nation kids are going to alternative schools for toy guns and boy scout knives mistakenly taken to school.......zero tolerance equals lazy administrators.......easy answers and drip by drip the blood of this nation is being drained......we are turning children into robots where compliance comes before all other considerations.....simple insanity.
