Pensacola Airport Bonds crashing, rating negative
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services has revised the outlook on Pensacola International Airport revenue bonds to negative from stable.

S&P said the outlook revision “reflects our assessment of below-average liquidity and debt service coverage, a high debt burden, and fluctuating enplanement trends due to increased competition by nearby Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.”

Upside of Florida is fast becoming downside.

Damn not only are we gonna have to bail out a lousy baseball stadium now we're gonna have to bail out a damn airport too.
The politics around here is starting to give Louisiana a run for it's money.

Quint could make some serious $ owning this "International" (cough, cough) airport.

Plenty of room to build his Y at the airport too.

Because he doesnt live in PCola, Doesn't pay any county taxes or buy any Wahoo tickets, So its easy for Oats to be objective bout the park. He lets his boat break loose/get destroyed because he is to cheap to buy new rope. Lets his skidsteer get flooded because he's to lazy to crank it up and move to higher ground...

Wants to lecture us bout the "great" park he thinks we have despite the severe service debt we inherited. He isnt on the hook to repay park debts. He talks that "talk" but cant back it up with anything but lip service.
