This weekend he made negative comments about the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, which has been the subject of horrid cost over-runs throughout its development. The comments made Lockheed-Martin's stock drop precipitously when the markets opened this morning.
Last week he went after Boeing, saying that the two new Air Force 1 jets it was going to build (based on the latest version of the B-747) were too expensive.
He is also going after the revolving-door, whereby retiring military officers go to work for defense contractors after leaving the military.
