This is fairly remarkable for a two-term president.  Even Fox News has Obama at +2%.

These data points are not disconnected.

Obama's approval rating is being directly impacted by the quality (or more accurately, lack thereof) of the candidates in the primaries.

He just looks great in comparison.

If he could run again, he'd win in an epic landslide.

Term limits are for morons.

FDR did much that prolonged the Great Depression and Obama has kept us in the Great Recession longer than necessary due to his ineptitude.

Congress needs term limits just like the President. They are 2/3 of the problem in DC.
