Violations of National Security Policy are not "silly." Ask General Petraeus who lost his job at the CIA because of a single email that was part of a special access program the receiver of it was not read into.

There's more to the story that goes beyond 1000+ violations of improperly handling, forwarding, and storing classified information from her non-secure server:

http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/clinton-email-scandal-heres-one-thing-hillary-was-trying-to-hide/

The latest batch of emails shows that foreign interests in Libya and Syria were among the many that took advantage of the State’s close ties to the Clinton Foundation. It was previously discovered that governments in Algeria, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman made donations to the foundation in return for, as far as we can tell, favorable treatment by the State Department.

Judicial Watch reminds us that the Clinton Foundation has “accepted millions of dollars from at least seven foreign governments while Mrs. Clinton served as secretary of state,” including “a $500,000 donation it received from the government of Algeria while Mrs. Clinton served as secretary of state (that) violated a 2008 ethics agreement between the foundation and the Obama administration.”

In all, nearly 200 Clinton Foundation donors have played politics with Clinton’s State Department, and it’s known, as we’ve reported, that at least 60 companies that lobbied the State Department while Clinton was there donated more than $26 million to the Foundation.

The Libya connection, by the way, was made just two days after the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorists attacks on U.S. personnel and grounds in Benghazi. The message was focused on the wish of Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf, president of Libya’s National Congress, “to meet President Clinton and to participate at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting for New York.” It was forwarded to Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, by the Clinton Foundation’s director of foreign policy, Amitabh Desai.

It seems to us the conversation should have been about the Benghazi attacks instead. Four Americans were killed, including the first U.S. ambassador killed by hostiles since 1979, and the murderers were running loose. Shouldn’t their capture have been a higher-priority topic? But at that point, Clinton was probably in her what-difference-does-it-make stage of grief.

The Clintons like to talk about their commitment to public service. Their commitment, however, is to the Clintons. Power (eight more years in the White House, if Hillary is elected in November), money and celebrity are their obsessions. The Clintons are, of course, free to pursue money and celebrity. But the American people shouldn’t have to pay for their ambitions.

Pretty damning if you ask me.

How many Benghazi investigations does it take before the dense get it? How many email investigations will it take before the dense get there was no violations of law? Let's begin the count so we can begin adding up all the wasted time and effort trying to prove something that never existed.

We all know that was a Fox News 'gotcha' editing job of the video that made Hillary look 100% out of context.

But hey, it provided lots of fodder for the world's wing nuts to chew on.

It will end when evidence quits showing up that she is culpable in criminal activity. Most of this is of her own doing by the constant stonewalling of email releases, innuendo, pointing to a vast right wing conspiracy that does not exist, and her inability to see that she is not above the law. Less than half of her 55,000 or ever how many emails were released before the last Benghazi hearing. If you are tired of it dragging on, email her and tell her to come forward with what she has been hiding and admit to the truth that she violated her NDA about 1000+ times in 1) transferring information marked somewhere between "confidential, secret, top secret and TS/SCI Special Access programs" to others without clearance to see said information, 2)setting up a private, non-secure server that stored the aforementioned classified information and now coming to light, 3) favors given by the Department of State for donations to the Clinton Foundation which is tantamount to selling off of America to suspect nations that don't always look out for the United States. See the article which ones I am referring to. She was selling favors for deposits in the foundation. Pretty simple to see.

It's obvious that she does not believe that the law applies to her. Evident just last week she was offered a secure comm device, one much like what the President uses and she turns it down because of the price? Seriously? With the six figure speech money she was bringing in? Hypocrisy. If anyone could afford it, it was HRC. The NSA even told her that hand held comms devices are not allowed in the SCIF she has a Foggy Bottom, but no, she decides to set up her own private computer system after being told not to do so and also sets up a private server that for all we know gave up every secret the US had in foreign policy during her tenure of office.

Again, more and more each day evidence is being leaked that she has committed some very heinous crimes. Petraeus lost his job and she should be forever barred from holding another United States Office of any sort. She cannot be trusted. In Florida, what she has done with the servers would be a Sunshine State violation if she were a Florida politician. Not once, not twice, but literally thousands of times.

Her dream is dead. She has to know that. FBI Director Comey will charge her and if the AG decides not to play the game and indict her, then the whole Obama admin is going to come tumbling down in a fire laden pile of ashes. There might never be another Democrat elected for 20 years or more to the office of POTUS and given that the GOP is right now very dysfunctional, that goes to show how corrupt this admin has become.

Thank you for being so open and candid about your connection with Hillary Clinton. Both of you are eager to lie even if the truth would serve you better.

Your phony, desperate statement about FOX NEWS editing her testimony might be plausible IF FOX NEWS was the only station, anywhere, with the image you detest since it shows THE REAL HILLARY.

How about Cspan? Do they edit their coverage with the purpose of making Hillary Clinton look bad? As if she needs any help.

She hid the existence of the server for over two years despite numerous private and govt requests for her emails.

It wasn't until wikileaks and the nyt uncovered it that she was responsive. Even though many knew of her deception.

During this time she determined what was official... printed them onto paper and attempted to erase the server contents.

Who does that... and why? I'll tell you... someone trying to destroy the digital footprint and obscure our govt records.

None of us could get away with that... not with any official inquiry... not even with our taxes. But that's ok w you?

You do realize how utterly stupid this statement is? Have you ever operated a private mail server? It shows. How do you hide a private server when your email address clearly tells anybody with an IQ north of a 100 that it is operating on a private server?

http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/03/04/us/politics/using-private-email-hillary-clinton-thwarted-record-requests.html

WASHINGTON — In 2012, congressional investigators asked the State Department for a wide range of documents related to the attack on the United States diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. The department eventually responded, furnishing House committees with thousands of documents.

But it turns out that that was not everything.

The State Department had not searched the email account of former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton because she had maintained a private account, which shielded it from such searches, department officials acknowledged on Tuesday.

It was only last month that the House committee appointed to investigate Benghazi was provided with about 300 of Mrs. Clinton’s emails related to the attacks. That was shortly after Mrs. Clinton turned over, at the State Department’s request, some 50,000 pages of government-related emails that she had kept on her private account.

It was one of several instances in which records requests sent to the State Department, which had no access to Mrs. Clinton’s emails, came up empty.

In 2013, Nitasha Tiku, then a reporter for Gawker, filed a Freedom of Information Act request, seeking all correspondence on Mrs. Clinton’s private email account between her and Sidney Blumenthal, a close adviser and onetime staff member in the Clinton White House. Some of those emails had already spilled into public view and been reported in the news media. But the State Department told Gawker that it could find no records responsive to the request, Gawker reported.

Mrs. Clinton’s aides on Tuesday sought to play down the significance of her exclusive use of a personal email account for State Department business. But an examination of records requests sent to the department reveals how the practice protected a significant amount of her correspondence from the eyes of investigators and the public.

Mrs. Clinton’s exclusive use of personal email for her government business is unusual for a high-level official, archive experts have said. Federal regulations, since 2009, have required that all emails be preserved as part of an agency’s record-keeping system. In Mrs. Clinton’s case, her emails were kept on her personal account and her staff took no steps to have them preserved as part of State Department record.

In response to a State Department request, Mrs. Clinton’s advisers, late last year, reviewed her account and decided which emails to turn over to the State Department.

The State Department says it will now search the emails Mrs. Clinton provided in response to Freedom of Information and congressional requests.

The foundation of any defense pertaining to Hillary Clinton’s private server revolves around either negligence,or the debate regarding retroactive classification and overclassification. First,I explain in this YouTube segment that the views of Brian Fallon and others pertaining to overclassification “run amok” ignore 22 “Top Secret” emails on Clinton’s server. Most importantly,if Americans can’t see these emails, then everything the Clinton campaign has said regarding this story is completely irrelevant.

Like I stated during a recent appearance on CNN International with John Vause,Hillary Clinton is being investigated by the FBI and faces the risk of indictment. Thus,if you fear a Trump presidency, you better vote for Bernie Sanders, especially since nobody knows why Clinton owned a private server in the first place. This private server, and the “Top Secret” information on this server, will ultimately make Bernie Sanders the Democratic nominee. Bernie Sanders can easily win the primary race, but the FBI investigation will make him the only way Democrats stop Donald Trump.

The FBI and Justice Department aren’t going to set a dangerous precedent for future secretaries of state, and future presidents,by allowing government officials to act like Hillary Clinton; without legal consequences.

As stated in a CNN article titled State Department will not release 22 ‘top secret’ Clinton emails, there was never an issue with the classification of these documents:

The State Department announced Friday that it will not release 22 emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton because they contain “top secret” information, the highest level of government classification...

If Americans can’t see these “Top Secret” emails, and the State Department and other agencies refuse to show the public what they contain, then FBI and Justice Department indictments are likely imminent.

Either through negligence,or political utility (the basis for intent),the most sensitive U.S. intelligence was stored on an unguarded private server in the basement of a house. If Clinton doesn’t get indicted, then precedent has been set for a President Trump,or the future Dick Cheney’s of the world to act in a similar manner.

When Hillary Clinton stated her “predecessors did the same thing” with email, this statement was rated “Mostly False” by POLTIFACT.

Nobody in U.S. history, since the invention of email, has acted in the manner of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. Previous secretaries of state weren’t investigated by the FBI,and never used a private server exclusively. Thus,a Democratic nominee at risk of indictment,or incited by the Justice Department at the request of the FBI,will lose to any Republican on November 8,2016.

I explain why Democrats need Bernie Sanders now, more than ever,in this YouTube segment. The FBI votes soon, and they aren’t voting out of fear of Donald Trump, they’ll be voting to ensure future government officials don’t act like Hillary Clinton.

Bernie Sanders is the only Democratic nominee not linked to an FBI investigation,or at risk of being indicted by the Justice Department. Once Donald Trump’s racist campaign rallies are forgotten by the same people who’ve ignored Hillary Clinton’s 3 a.m. ad with a “racist sub-message” against Obama (and “dirty tricks” involving race against Obama), establishment Democrats might find themselves in a difficult position. I mention Clinton’s racist campaign ad against Obama on CNN International with John Vause, highlighting the fact that Donald Trump comes from an American political establishment where racism (used by both Democrats and Republicans) actually gets votes.

When several months pass and Trump tones down his insane antics,if Clinton is the nominee,he’ll make the FBI investigation the basis of most political attacks against Democrats. Even the hint of FBI and Justice Department indictments against Clinton will hand the presidency to Trump, if Clinton is the nominee. In addition, several of these charges could revolve around the Espionage Act.

Also,if Bernie Sanders isn’t the nominee, then it’s possible the FBI could recommend indictment after Clinton’s nomination, which would mean a Republican victory. There’s no official end date to the FBI’s investigation, although some sources say the FBI investigation could conclude in “early May.” One can only imagine a GOP political strategy against Clinton, with the possibility that a Democrat could have broken laws under the Espionage Act.

The FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails is ongoing, the FBI formally confirmed its investigation only one month ago,and 22 “Top Secret” emails on Clinton’s private server will never be shown to the public. Furthermore, Reuters explains certain aspects regarding intelligence ignored by the Clinton campaign in a piece titled What everyone with a Top Secret security clearance knows - or should know:

What matters in the world of secrets is the information itself, which may or may not be marked “classified.”

Employees at the highest levels of access are expected to apply the highest levels of judgment, based on the standards in Executive Order 13526. The government’s basicnondisclosure agreement makes clear the rule is “marked or unmarked classified information.”

In addition, the use of retroactive classification has been tested and approved by the courts, and employees are regularly held accountable for releasing information that was unclassified when they released it, but classified retroactively.

It is a way of doing business inside the government that may at first seem nonsensical, but in practice is essential for keeping secrets.

The overclassification excuse is complete spin, primarily because 22 “Top Secret” have been deemed “too classified to be made public.” Clinton’s campaign spokesman claimed this was an example of “overclassification run amok,” however if this is true, then Americans throughout the country should be able to read these emails. Since Clinton’s staff deleted 31,830 emails, the public will also never be able to see this information.

Hillary Clinton deemed these 31,830 emails “personal.”

Finally, the FBI’s own website serves as the foundation for future indictments against Hillary Clinton, and the foundation for Bernie Sanders becoming Democratic nominee,if Democrats have any hope of winning in November. In a section of the FBI website focusing on Cyber Threats,FBI Director James Comey’s 2015 speech might provide a new way of evaluating Clinton’s email fiasco:

Let me start by telling you what you know, which is that everything has changed in ways that are so fundamental that it’s difficult to describe what it means when we say the world is changing because of cyber...

Let me start with the threat. I actually try to describe to people in very simple ways what we’re talking about today because I don’t see cyber as a thing, I see it as a way. As a vector...

That’s where our nation’s critical infrastructure is,that’s where our government’s secrets are and that’s—because life is there, that’s where bad people come who want to hurt children, who want to steal money, who want to take identities, who want to steal secrets, who want to damage dams and critical infrastructure in the United States. It’s the way they come at us because that’s where life is.

In the Cyber Threat section of the FBI’s own website,we see why Clinton’s email investigation will likely lead to repercussions. The fact that even American voters can’t see the 22 “Top Secret” emails on Clinton’s private server means that Clinton’s server stored information that shouldn’t have been outside government networks.

The “vector” Mr. Comey was referring to relates directly to Clinton’s decision to own a private server.

Like James Comey stated, the cyber arena is “where our nation’s critical infrastructure is,that’s where our government’s secrets are.” If cyber is indeed a “vector,” like Mr. Comey states,Hillary Clinton put the nation in jeopardy. For this reason, former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates believes Iran,China, and Russia may have gotten to Clinton’s server. In addition,Lt. General Michael Flynn believes Clinton should “drop out” of the race,in part because “If it were me,I would have been out the door and probably in jail.” Finally,Edward Snowden states it’s “ridiculous” to think Clinton’s emails were secure.

I’m never voting for anyone linked to an FBI investigation, and I state my case to write-in Bernie Sanders (if Clinton is nominated) in this YouTube segment. I also have a polite message to people who don’t like my thoughts in this YouTube segment. When the FBI votes,Democrats must rally around Bernie Sanders, especially since Americans won’t elect a person under indictment.

I'll blame it on the meds my good friend because an email address gives no clue, whatsoever as to the location of the server.

Explain HOW an email address gives the location of the server, the physical location of the server.

As for the number of Benghazi investigations, you know, and know well they COULD have been over long ago had this administration NOT STONEWALLED the investigation with new facts finally being released in the past year.

Same thing for the emails. It was two years after the Benghazi investigations began that the New York Times broke the story of Hillary Clinton illegal, secret personal server.

Perhaps, but she's going to have to overcome a whole lot of indictments that are going to rain down on her and her cabal.

Also, the radical increase in Islamic Terror attacks is a rapidly growing problem since she took part in the rise of ISIS.

Of course, Progressives, consider both of those things great resume enhancements.  The bigger the crime, the more popular the candidate.

What's impressive is that y'all can even ignore a left leaning media site that is trying to be objective...

and the lengths y'all will go to in order to change the subject. It must be nice to ignore reality. A leftist life skill eh?

More emails!

These show that Hillary did not turn over all emails as required. An email dated in Feb 2009 shows her talking to Cheryl Mills about a secure Blackberry device.

It goes against her narrative that she said all emails of a personal nature were the only ones deleted. Now we know that is a lie.

“So now we know that, contrary to her statement under oath suggesting otherwise, Hillary Clinton did not turn over all her government emails,” he said in a statement. “We also know why Hillary Clinton falsely suggests she didn’t use clintonemail.com account prior to March, 18, 2009 — because she didn’t want Americans to know about her February 13, 2009, email that shows that she knew her Blackberry and email use was not secure

While liberals shrug off the HRC email debacle and claim a conspiracy or "hate campaign" the fact is HRC has lied through her buck teeth about this subject since day 1.

If she were capable of being honest (and it's readily apparent she is not) this subject could have been resolved long ago. She obviously has something to hide.

It's obvious you know very little about computer systems. Tell me Jabroni, how would YOU determine the location of an email host server from this actual address: hrod17@clintonemail.com

I will type this very slow so all can catch up. If you are a government employee and you are sending classified documents to a private server......that is not a smart move, and unbeknownst to some genius around here....the address tells you that it is NOT a secure government server....duh. Yes, there can be a server in your closet or a server in cloud configuration in Berkley, but both are private servers and are not part of the secure government servers....I thought folks around here had more brains.....I guess I assumed.

Clinton also said Bush should not be faulted if banned weapons of mass destruction aren't found.

"I don't think you can criticize the President for trying to act on the belief that they have a substantial amount of chemical and biological stock. . . . That is what I was always told," Clinton said.
-  Former President Clinton Wednesday, April 16, 2003

"Could Be One of the Great Achievements of This Administration" The vice president said he’d been to Iraq 17 times and visits the country every three months or so. "I know every one of the major players in all the segments of that society" he said. "It's impressed me. I've been impressed how they have been deciding to use the political process rather than guns to settle their differences."
- Vice President Joe Biden (D) Feb. 10, 2010

How has the war President Barack Hussein Obama said we SHOULD have been fighting going?  How is the Middle East going now that President Obama is President?  Oh, Afghanistan just crossed 2,330 American fatalities.  Seventy percent of whom died since President Obama took office.

And now the Obama administration wants to TAKE CREDIT for the Iraq war…whew….

I thought you had more brains, perhaps you should just acknowledge your lack of understanding regarding "servers" (public, private, intranet, web-based, secure, or nonsecure). Based on your "slow" explanation you just admitted the folks communicating with HRC were (are) idiots and knowingly compromised national security matters - including HRC.

You also failed (as expected) to explain how you, 2SO, would determine the location (and thereby security) of a server based on the email address I provided.

Jabroni was too kind......

She originated/created over 100 of the classified emails. That's right... the head official responsible for state including security.

Petraus lost his job over an affair w/ a journalist w/ whom he discussed secret info. and there is no evidence Clinton hid emails. Total BS!
