You drive around a police blockade and put your hands down to reach in your pocket

You of course have told the news media that you will fight when guns are aimed at you.......you are old and stupid so your sundance kid fantasy as you reach in your pocket works about as good as your attempt to drive around the police. Dead in the snow, and now the family claims the FBI is lying.....damn those plane videos sure tell me the deceased was a dumb asz. Of course I came to that conclusion when MSNBC interviewed him from under a tarp....yep this guy was the guy under the tarp......looked like Wally Cox trying to act like the sundance kid.....how did that work out for butch and sundance.......stupid people can get no strokes in the game of life........

It's clear he reached for his gun... not much to contest there imo.

The state police shot a criminal. He ran the first roadblock, and swerved off the road on the second roadblock and almost ran over a state cop who fortunately was able to jump back. For two weeks the criminal had told the world that he would not go to jail and if somebody pointed a gun at him he would use his gun.....so when you are told by state cops to keep your hands in the air, it is not smart to twice reach for your pocket......oh by the way the pocket contained a 9mm pistol. The officers did not have to wait to see the gun. They knew he was armed. He announced he would not go to jail......and he made a poor choice......an old man living a fantasy that he was the Sundance kid.......just another dead dumb asz who thought he could win a gun fight with cops.
