Hospital Bob

President George W. Bush won the war in Iraq and established democracy.
Semi-retired Hussein Obama then came along and lost the war. 

And now Trump wants to give away the middle east to Putin and Russia.
Putin has bigger muscles than obama and trump and will rule over the middle east in no time flat.
