It would be no different from the felonious acts committed by the last administration.... Where is your beefing there? Oh, I forgot you are a partisan pissant, oriented toward the extreme right wing branch of the Republican Party. Rage only points in one direction with you.

So, once again, no comment on the thread.

No felonious acts in the past administration and since this one is so bad, all you can do is make a feeble attempt to divert attention.

So please, why would a geek techy need to plead the fifth amendment?

Unless...Hillary told him to do something he knew was illegal...like wipe the hard drives clean....

2seaoat

If nothing illegal and/or irregular took place... there would be no reason to assert the fifth.

No, quite the contrary. It could very well be that our constitutional privilege protected by the bill of rights may simply protect a person from being part of a witch hunt which has on its dream list self incriminating statements which have nothing to do with a crime. My guess is that an IT person would be absolutely ridiculed by technical questions which would make him look stupid, and most IT people who put in a system know that no system is perfect or entirely secure. The right to not be compelled to self incrimination is a fundamental right which has little to do with guilt of a crime, but more to do with competent advice of counsel. As usual.....nothing.

Thank you for confirming my point!  Your own desperate search resulted in zip, zilch, nada, nothing.

Your "search" of the crimes of george w. bush is interpreted by Google as a search for sites containing EITHER crimes, OR GEORGE or W. or BUSH.

As you acknowledged... he's just an IT guy. He did what he was ordered to do. That'd be the line of inquiry.

That is the fear.

Stupid cannot be fixed.  When the crazies were going to put Bush in jail, I posted on the PNJ forum that he was not guilty of crimes and was called a neocon.  When I posted here that President Obama was not guilty of crimes, I am called a communist.   Now when I say that future President Hillary Clinton has committed no crimes.......I am simply called right.

Gosh do you think I was lucky calling out that Brady would play? yep.....I am a lucky man.

EVEN YOU know that his pleading the Fifth Amendment is BAD NEWS for Hillary Clinton.

Will he try that with the FBI?

According to the news tonight, Brian Pagliano IS pleading the Fifth Amendment with the FBI.

Another aide testified behind closed doors before the Benghazi committee for hours today.

Now the thread is getting hysterical......yes Gomer the leaker can leak things from his committee....he is not suppose to....but heck....that is the purpose in the first place, but it is too funny that the FBI will be leaking information in regard to a witness pleading the fifth....I want to laugh. Nobody has done anything wrong. His counsel does not want his client ridiculed and sacrificed in a political witch hunt where like the McCarthy hearings any semblance of decency left the building. No lawyer who had an IT person would allow them to testify in this environment. This is hysterical. Wake me up when somebody is indicted and the kangaroo court stops after Hillary's election.

You're not an IT guy, capable of setting up and programing all the hardware and software necessary in Washington DC and NOT know the laws concerning security, secrecy and the penalties.

He knows a LOT. Dates he was told to delete certain emails, how to thoroughly clean the hard drives. All that will be vital.

2seaoat

All that will be vital.

Do you understand that he will not be testifying in front of any congressional committee? Is this flying over your head?

I just watched Hillary's interview with Andrea Mitchell. Great interview. She is not slightly concerned about this and looks forward to her testimony with the House committee. She pretty much confirmed what I have been saying. She does not meet the elements required by the government to charge her with a crime. Was it bad practices.......she admitted as much. End of story, but heck.....these endless threads like the endless threads that President Obama was going to be charged with crimes and impeached.....priceless.

My guess is that it is a long time before she is supposed to testify.  The Clinton machine will come up with some reason for her to not testify.

If you think Hillary will be stupid enough to commit perjury, and Gomer is going to be sly enough to set a trap.....guess again..... to secure a perjury conviction, the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the witness knew his statement was false. You will see the usual testimony where a person uses key words to avoid the trap. She wants to testify today, but will do it in October, a year before the election. If you think the Clinton Machine wants to delay this, and avoid the same you are truly stunted. She will deal with a clown who will tell her at least three times......You are a lawyer Secretary Clinton, and as you know so am I and should we not understand that the grass grows in front of a courthouse......this guy.....the great man hope, to ground up and spit out the woman.....is going to look successful in his questions to every low IQ person who grabs his theatrics, but after the hearing, there will be nothing substantive other than political theater and a bad haircut.
