On Hannity tonight the lawyer for the family was talking about what they must prove in their case......civil case to come.

Really? They got a few hurdles to overcome trying to prove a civil rights violation ... even by just the standard of "preponderance of the evidence." Eric Holder's DOJ report on the shooting for one ... have you read it? It's online.

They're not going to go to court. The greedy attorney will convince them to settle for something out of court and the corrupt family will claim "victory".

Worse...the riots will continue.
