No remorse. No outrage. For the NRA the deaths of 9 innocent African Americans at the hands of a white racist shooter, all happened because the victim who was a state senator didn't vote for new carry laws in South Carolina.

Your NRA at work. It's good to know your enemies!

Fix crazy and criminal first... then we can talk about another leftist infringement upon our constitutional rights.

A law abiding citizen within their constitution rights is not the problem... they should not be in the equation... period.

No sacrifice whatsoever... if you want a solution then concentrate the enormous police state on the problem. Send the fucking national guard specifically to where the concentration of our murders are taking place. Don't screw around... fix it.

I take it that you agree then that the cause of the slaughter at the AME church by a white racist armed with a handgun, was the fact that none of the victims was armed at the time? Sometimes PkrBum, your reasoning is truly amazing ...

Still ANOTHER LIE, from my Socialist/Communist good friend Wordslinger.

Proving my statement, here is what my Socialist/Communist good friend used as his headline.  True or not Wordslinger?

NOT the CAUSE of the shooting, but rather the CAUSE of so many being killed. Even you know that.

No, the difference is that liberals don't want to live in a country where you have to take guns to church and instead of accepting that want to find a way to change it.

Right, CONSERVATIVES don't want to live in a country where you HAVE TO TAKE GUNS TO CHURCH, OR ANYWHERE ELSE. We want to KEEP the RIGHT TO TAKE GUNS WHERE WE WANT. Thus, keeping the criminals on the defense.

Why do you believe that MORE violence in our country is a grand idea?

Reality -- the NRA really does blame State Senator Clementa Pinckney ....

On Wednesday night, nine African-Americans were gunned down by a vile, racist killer as they attended a Bible study class at Charleston's historic Emanuel AME church. And now Charles Cotton, a "dedicated" board member of the NRA—perhaps tiring of his political soul mates' attempts to shift the blame from racism to religious intolerance for the mass murder—decided to weigh in with his own explanation of who was really to blame for this horrific act of domestic terrorism: One of the murder victims. In a discussion on TexasCHLforum, it is pointed out that one of the victims was State Senator Clementa Pinckney. Said Cotton of the murdered public servant and pastor of the church:

And he voted against concealed-carry. Eight of his church members who might be alive if he had expressly allowed members to carry handguns in church are dead. Innocent people died because of his position on a political issue.

A screenshot of the comment is below the fold.

As you watched Republican lawmakers and conservative pundits scramble to shift the blame for this mass killing from racism to an imaginary war on religion, you would be excused if you thought it was impossible to go any lower. Leave it the NRA to prove you wrong.

My poor good friend Wordslinger has become ashamed of using the DailyKOS as a reference for his opinions.

Here is where you will find Wordslinger's above QUOTE.  http://www.DailyKOS .com/story/2015/06/19/1394533/-NRA-board-member-blames-Emanuel-AME-murders-on-one-of-the-victims

Still, Wordslinger LIED when he said it was the NRA and factually it was NOT.  Of course that did not deter Wordslinger.

Desperation!

Wordslinger and other Progressives frequently cite this "stunningly" genteel and highly accurate source.

Whacked out person on drugs. Lives taken and lives changed forever. End of story.

But not in America where every "cause" uses this type of sad event as a platform. Every media outlet keeps it rolling to make money.

Leaches...

Fact: Charles Cotton is on the NRA Board and he did make the comment quoted in my thread. The one and only business of the NRA is to serve as a lobbiest for gun manufacturers. The NRA has no integrity and will fight hard to protect the right of a bonified crazy to buy a handgun. Reality.

Well the killer did get the gun through legal means and a check with the ATF. When a young man buys his first gun he's a blank sheet of paper unless he has a criminal record....he may be planning a Columbine style massacre but there's nothing to stop him from buying a gun. What do you propose?

After the Boston event a couple in Florida were swat teamed for ordering a pressure cooker online....if the police can track things that close why wasn't this confederate flag waving gun toting idiot swat teamed ?

Good question Teo! The answer has to be because rebel throwback racists are tolerated if not encouraged by S. Carolina law enforcement. "This young dude hates blacks and has every right to practice his beliefs!!"

Daily Kos is far more credible than FOX News on the coverage of this tragic event!  Kos clearly shows that white racism was the one and only cause of this terrible incident.Fox ignores the racist component and declares the attack was an attack on Christianity!  Sure it was, and up is down, wet is dry, hot is cold, etc. etc. etc.!! In fact Daily Koz is many times more accurate it its story presentations than Faux News. Reality.

Anybody remember the 2007 Colorado church shooting?

"The 2007 Colorado YWAM and New Life shootings were a killing spree that occurred on December 9, 2007. In the early morning hours, 24-year-old Matthew J. Murray opened fire at the Youth With A Mission training center in Arvada, Colorado, with a pistol, killing two and wounding two others before escaping. Later that afternoon, he attacked the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a number of firearms, killing two more people and injuring three before being shot and wounded by a member of the church's congregation; he then committed suicide"   2007 Colorado YWAM and New Life shootings
