The Mayor of Cologne, Germany, blamed the victims of a mass sexual assault/rape, saying they should follow a "code of conduct" to ensure they don't get raped again. Over 90 women have filed police reports so far, saying they were attacked by 1,000 Muslim men of "Arab or North African origin" at a New Year's Eve celebration in the Cologne city square.

The victims were groped, robbed, and sexually assaulted by more than 1,000 Arab males near the main train station and public square in Cologne, where crowds had gathered to celebrate New Year's Eve.
Henriette Reker, the mayor of Cologne, told German women they should adopt a code of conduct to prevent being raped or sexually assaulted, the Independent reported Jan. 5. The suggested rules of conduct includes the following:
Maintain an arm’s length distance from strangers.
Stick with your group.
Ask bystanders for help.
Agree to be a witness if you see a rape.
Alert police if you are raped or sexually assaulted.
The sexual assault/rape victims in Cologne, Germany, said they were called "sluts" by the Muslim men who attacked them. The victims had their clothes torn off, and were groped on their breasts, buttocks and vaginal area. One woman's tights and underwear were ripped off, while another was gang-raped.
As news of the sex attacks spread on Jan. 4 and 5, Twitter users were outraged the mainstream media tried to cover up the news because of the ethnic backgrounds of the criminals, The Local reported. Furious individuals pointed out it took several days for the details of the sex attacks to surface. One woman wrote sarcastically:
