That's exactly what the Repugs are trying to do. There are more democrats than republicans so their trying to cheat their way to the presidency by suppressing the democratic vote.

Are you saying anyone who has to have a checking account on 01012013 to receive any government benefit funds transfer is unable to obtain a photo ID? Try opening a checking accout without a photo ID and Social Security Card.

I'm guessing Billions will not be sent out due to the lack of open accounts to transfer funds into.
