As far as I know, no Native American has ever murdered another Native American for religious purposes.

But for the sake of equality I support ending ALL religions.  Period.

There's all sorts of tribes in the Western Hemisphere that practiced blood sacrifices prior to the coming of the white man. Then there was the practice of simply spilling an opponents blood with a.... minor wound which sometimes turned fatal because they bashed the opponent a touch hard...

...Counting coup today can be less chancy on that latter part and in some ways more fulfilling though.

There was captive torture and slaughter amongst Native Americans before and after the white man's arrival.  In some cases, entire tribes were wiped out (Eries for one).   However, as I reported, no one in history, native or white was ever murdered because of his or her religious preferences.  I know of cases where white missionaries captured deep in Indian territory were left unmolested because they were thought to have spirit power.
