All President Barack Hussein Obama's proposal does fund the children here and does NOTHING to stem the flow. President Obama doesn't even recognize that there is a problem and Harry Reid tells us the border is SECURE.

What is your authority stating that the kids face certain death if they are sent home? Their parents are being told that once they get to America, they can stay.

If that's your criteria, they face certain death, I guess you'll be welcoming kids from all over the world. Nigeria, China, North Korea, Venezuela, wow, the list is pretty long isn't it. And that is just the beginning.

Rio Grande Valley, TX ABC affiliate KRGV reported eight illegal immigrants being housed at the Sacred Heart facility in McAllen, TX have been diagnosed chicken pox.

Eddie Olivarez, with the Health and Human services told KRGV all the illegal immigrants are in remission. But he noted several others were diagnosed with scabies and lice. Sacred Heart's medical staff is providing vaccines to the undocumented immigrants, when they are able.

Where is any analysis of the current cost and methods of dealing with juveniles waiting for deportation? In the absence of the same, do you not see where this feeds into the propaganda that we are being invaded, that these kids are being let loose willy nilly across America, and now we are buying expensive hotels to allow this kids to have their own swimming pools.

Without the cost benefit analysis of dealing with a refugee crisis, it is simple propaganda. If you find out the purchase of this location cuts costs and makes it easier to process those children's deportations will you post the same? Of course not.....you know.....its Bob's thing about brown children.

I am going to a White Sox game with the grandkids and my children next month. I went to the Palmaire website.  The rooms are nice and they go for $78/night and that's for a hotel in the middle of nowhere.
I've been planning a trip out west for September and I'm relegated to $40/night motels because being a native born U.S. citizen that's all I can afford.
Since my trip will take me through Texas I'm now considering a stop at the Palmaire. All I'll have to do is wade in the Rio Grande,  tell the border patrol agent I just crossed,  and then he'll escort me to the Palmaire for a free night's lodging.  lol

The reviews on all the $40/night motel rooms I've reserved for the trip all say the same thing,  Sal.
Motel reviews like that are old hat to those of us who can't afford $100+ motel/hotel rooms.
The only difference is I have to pay for my room and the illegals don't.

Why can't we just crowd them into barracks and have them pick crops until we get around to giving them a chance to make their cases before an immigration judge?

There are millions of native born Americans who cannot afford a $78/day motel room, bds. You may be insulated from all that so you're not aware of it.
You're sort of in the same boat as the presidents and other politicians who don't know what a quart of milk and a loaf of bread costs.
