Ive been trying to explain my side of the ACA since the beginning and no one really gives a shit because it doesn't effect them(YET).

In 12 months effectively pathology/histology has had its reimbursement reduced by more than 50%. That's over half people. Its TOO much.

Its been and is stressing me out.

and when I see all you people praising it, it really pisses me off. Because this is affecting me personally and professionally. Not only that its affecting the profession negatively in many ways.

Some of you people are very well to do and you come on here wanting to be goody two shoes and say how wonderful it is, this ACA. well its not. its destroying the healthcare system we have in place and it is destroying many of the people who work in it.

And then you turn around and praise the insurance biznez. Which brings up a good question. Since the reimbursements have been reduced for a year now, why isn't insurance rates cheaper? Because many private insurances have already moved their fee schedule lower too as they often do, mimicking CMS.

So when you call me crazy etc etc etc, know that I am the only one of us out here working in this SHIT!

And now I am bitter and I don't like it. because all I can wish for right now is that whatever it is that you do to put bread on your families table gets FUCKED like mine. < and I think that's perfectly fair and not rude at all since none of you have cared about what is happening to my bread winning profession.

Enjoy your rationed health access bitches!

I think we have another single payer proponent......it just took her a little longer to figure out why.

I'm sorry, Chrissy, really.

It's affected my Daughter who's a PharmD as well. She's also experienced a pay cut as they all have in the hospital where she works along with increased hours.

These people think this is a fucking joke, where no one is affected other than the budget at the white house.

I hate them for that. And I hate that I hate.

but fuck em

I'm sorry, Chrissy.  And for your daughter too, Storm.  Everyone should be concerned about our health care providers and what all of this means.

When Americans were promised that we'd have better health care for less money (remember, the average family was supposed to save $2500 a year) it should have been a huge red flag.

I know a lady who works at sacred heart in CT scans. She is taking 12 an hour cut in pay

Well Rubio is certainly taking his federal subsidy.

As you well know, private insurance companies are not the issue with payments to doctors being drastically reduced.  It is the Federal Government.

The cuts were put in place to get this passed in congress as NOT costing more than $1 TRILLION.  Quietly and behind the scenes Congress will pass another "FIX" which increase what is paid to hospitals and physicians AND massively increase the cost, AGAIN, of ObamaCare.

If I was stuck signing up for Obamacare, I'd take the subsidy too.

his ins is paid by the tax payer anyway. it should be as cheap and crappy as possible.

but fuck you as well because this isn't about the god damn mother fucking insurance shit.

this is about the pain and suffering and big fucking dick up the ass the workers in the health profession are taking. I know, that doesn't count.

go sell some more plans with your gov backed security. hurray for you. maybe the gov should just let people come to your office and get their test done. huge cost savings there lol

He has gone on the exchange for his health care and is following the law with regard to his federal subsidy.

You need to look at Harry Reid who has exempted some of his staff from ObamaCare.

No I don't think Reid should exempt anyone since apparently they are responsible for their own health care. I was referring to a subsidy for a congressman or senator? Hello, most are above 400% of FPL, just where are they getting a subsidy?

If it will make you happy Chrissy, my income has been cut over the past two years far more than your's has and most people are not using insurance agents for the marketplace but rather doing it themselves. And I didn't even go off on you.

you didn't go off on me, you tried to change the subject.

ive had enough of the fucking ins side shit. this is the other side. the side no one fucking cares about.

but they will care about it, when they need results. or want results.

Im a member of a group of people no one really gives a thought to when they think yeah obamacare... we are just the hidden servants taking the brunt of the hits.

no big deal, ill just take my slashed off head to bed and you guys can go back to talking about insurance...

Don't worry Chrissy the liberals are starting to beg and whine for conservative assistance with their glorious health care plan that no one ever read.

It's humorous watching them squirm when they're told to repeal it, fix it themselves, or nationalize the health care industry, if they think this is so important.

I don't feel one bit sorry for your greedy fat ass. You were way overpaid in the first place. I'm looking forward to getting my healthcare plan and your fat ass paying for it. Hey let's have a party!

My insurance agent hates President Obama......he has taken a huge cut in his income. However, when I talk to people who have benefited from getting coverage for preexisting conditions.......it goes to the issue of survival, not simply dollars and cents. Double digit health care inflation for twenty years......can you say bubble.

Why isn't there more press given to the greedy lawyers who wait like vultures for every hint of a malpractice or any new drug to feed on?

They certainly are responsible for much of the expense we all are paying.
