PRINCETON, NJ -- Americans' trust and confidence in the federal government's ability to handle international problems has reached an all-time low, with 49% saying they have a great deal or a fair amount of confidence, two percentage points below the previous low of 51% recorded in 2007.

Who would have guessed?  Seems the months are getter rougher and rougher for President Barack Hussein Obama.  Having your butt handed to you by President Vladimir Putin, President Bashar al-Assad of Syria both of whom have turned the tables on President Obama.  The scandals haunting President Obama by his gross mismanagement are growing all while the President tries to pretend they don't exist.

President Obama LOVES campaigning for the Oval Office but the JOB...not so much.

A more fair-minded and pragmatic position seems would have included the dysfunctional Congress led by the infamous Tea Party Patriots (oxymoron) who just voted for the 41st time to repeal the ACA instead of addressing its deficiencies . . . . now we are coming to another debt ceiling debacle where those elements in the House and freshmen Canadian Senator Ted Cruz have articulated a willingness to shut down the government if the administration does not capitulate to their demands . . . . why would the American people have any confidence in such a dysfunctional government? Golly gee and duh . . . .

always placing blame. 1st of all the ACA is too large to try in any meaningful way to take it down piece by piece. You clearly do not understand it.

Every problem on the President's plate can be traced directly back to Bush. The wars, the economy, and the loss of moral certainty that holds us together as a country and was once something to be admired...even if we were somewhat delusional in our certainty. He can't even travel outside the country for fear of being arrested.

What WHO doesn't believe is right for the nation?  You?  LMAO  The majority favors a change in healthcare coverage, because too many people slip through the cracks.  People who have healthcare coverage have NO IDEA what it's like to be uninsured, or even to have coverage and find that it won't cover, or to be manipulated by a private insurer attempting to tie a current illness to a pre-existing condition.  Or to lose health insurance in the midst of an illness because (despite what the employer might say about why they were fired), lose their job and therefore their coverage.  The health care providers I know just want to help people.  That's why they become doctors and nurses, etc...at least most of them.  And I'm proud to say I've worked with some of the best...and been treated by some of the best.
