President Barack Hussein Obama again causes chaos at the Pentagon by rejecting, revising and changing at least 50 plans for the limited strike on Syria. President Obama did the same with the attack on Osama bin Laden. He discarded several plans and then finally was upstairs playing cards when the attack occurred.
When the pirates were killed while holding the Captain hostage after hijacking his ship President Obama kept withholding orders to take out the pirates. Finally the Captain on the Navy ship gave the order for the Seals to take out the pirates. He had that authority if he believed the hostages lives were in eminent danger.

Even as Congress considers President Obama's push for military strikes on Syria, the details of that plan continue to change by the day -- with one source telling Fox News that military officials have been asked to revise their plans 50 times since the Pentagon first began considering a “limited” action.
Still to be resolved is what method of attack the U.S. would use. While missile-equipped ships are at the ready in the Mediterranean Sea, a senior defense official told Fox News that the possibility of launching military aircraft strikes was one of the range of options presented to Obama
