I have probably drank 6 cups of coffee in my life. I was a prolific Coke, drinker, however.

Though I drank an HFCS-laden Coke with my bacon and egg breakfast this morning, I am really trying to control and restrain my sugar consumption. The fructose in table-sugar is deadly poisonus to the human metabolism.

Looking back at my 61 years of life, I likely took 1/3 of my daily calories in sugar. I am trying to reform myself.

Did you just read the title and decide to post? It says that they died, but gave no reason for either males or females. Then it goes on to describe some of the health benefits of coffee. The article was stupid. It might have well been done by a 6th grade science class at a local middle school.

I drink coffee from rising out of bed each morning to laying my head on the pillow at night. I have done this since I can remember. I started drinking coffee when I was 14 years old. Currently, I am in excellent health.

That's okay, drink all the coffee you want, PeeDog. I hope you use 3 teaspoons of sugar in each cup, too. A little fructose-poisoning to spice up your cup of Joe.

I never drank coffee. I am screwed. I put little weight on a healthy diet, because in third grade they represented the perfect diet as something which today might not be considered healthy. I however agree with corn based sweets ,.............we are morbidly obese as a country.

I only drink coffee if I'm pressured into it by someone. I think the article is baloney. It may be that caffeine isn't particularly good for you but I would sleep half my days away without it.
If you're only awake for half of your life, what difference is it that you live longer?
