Just cannot get your story straight......you want civilized behavior to be taught by government, and then when a woman is uncivilized and stupid, you want her charged with a felony and jailed by big government.

Yep, my generalizations are the problem, and it is progressives who have fouled up our freedoms......but you want government to civilize us, and when they do not.....to jail us......splendid logic.

It is not within the normal or acceptable realm of protest or anger with a utility company or anger with ANYONE to make a bomb threat. It has to be taken seriously.


Agreed, but the utility knew who they were talking to, and had her address which would be required to shut off her electric.  The utility makes a complaint to the police to check out if the threat was credible, or just a mistake of emotion.   Charging a woman who is obviously desperate and poor with a felony for a bomb threat is simply stupid.  It should have been handled by sound officer discretion, and after an initial investigation, a simple we will be getting back to you, because a bomb threat is serious.   A call to the States Attorney, a check of her criminal background, and wait a couple of weeks to make a decision.   She will be learning a lesson in the meantime.

Nope, go over to the house, throw a stupid person in jail, give a high bond because we all know that she really meant to blow up the utility, and sentence her to a couple years in prison costing the taxpayers over a 100k......nope, I do not know what is funnier.......the failure to recognize how broken this system is, or someone thinking that by charging her with a felony rather than a misdemeanor that somehow this is going to deter others from being stupid with their comments, or stop people from blowing things up.......I wish I still drank.......I could never get drunk enough to understand the logic.

I would pay an admission charge of you talking that lady into compliance, but really.........you cannot get your story or dogma straight.......you wanted Government to civilize her, and punish her if she was not civilized.......and it is the progressives who have a problem?

It has EVERYTHING to do with her finances. She did not have money to pay her bill. She became irrational and blamed the power company. The power bill comes every month like clock work, imagine that. Budget, budget, budget.....back off the cocaine, pot, alcohol, and cigarettes if you want to run the a/c unit.

As for the felony record...she already has a felony record.
