It's all fake. But the Animal Planet doesn't make it clear that it's fake. I think it's awful that they broadcast garbage like that.

My avatar...it's a Japanese cat. Now they could do a series on Japanese cats and I would happily watch it and so would everyone in Japan. And it wouldn't be fake.

I was visiting in Tokyo a few years ago and while at the Zoo I was startled by a cat in a cage that had a cry like a bell ringing. It was a very clear "Ding" sound.It was slightly larger than a domestic cat.

Hmmm...Not sure what that would be. Japanese zoos are not so good. They keep the animals in too-small cages. There is a newer zoo--ZoorAsia--that opened some years back that is much better than the typical Japanese zoo. Chinese zoos are horrible too. Very sad places. Just makes you sad to see animals caged they way they are.
The Singapore Zoo is very nice, though.

Yep, it is a Zoo but its our Zoo and if we didn't get something out of it we wouldn't do it, would we?
