Tonight on 790 AM starting at midnight.

Thomas Drake, former senior executive of the NSA, was charged with ten counts of mishandling documents when he blew the whistle and questioned the Trailblazer Project. He'll join George Knapp to discuss how all of the original charges against him were dropped after he rejected several deals to "plea bargain with the truth."

What about this guy? Bradley Birkenfeld did time for his role, but he still came forward and turned in approx. 4,000 US taxpayers hiding money in secret Swiss accounts. I hope he has a new identity, because I think he's going to need one.
