First, this 19 year old escapes in a car when he was surrounded. Second, he abandons his vehicle and walks to a backyard and crawls in a boat. Law enforcement sets a perimeter of where they thought the suspect could possibly be.....they made it too small. Finally, a citizen(nothing new here) goes in their backyard and sees blood, looks in his boat and sees a person covered with blood and calls the police..............Now sprinkle the overreaction of putting an entire city under house arrest.........causing millions and millions of dollars of economic damage.....and like Bin Laden always argued.......we will bleed them dry......we will bankrupt them.....and this perfect blueprint of poorly executed police work, but for the public, security videos, and neighbors outside the perimeter who bravely go in the backyard and check out the problem.
People think I am always anti Leo......I see officers come into a house and shoot the victim, and the person who wanted to make the head shot became a hero.....and no critical media review...well until the lawsuit.....afraid to ask questions because we all respect the risks our law enforcement folks take every day.....so in deference......we like common cowards stay silent when something bad is happening......the media was absolutely silent.....as an entire city was shut down, and two young people cost this country literally tens of millions of dollars, and let terrorist win.......from the delay in releasing the videos.......the allowance of the escape of one of the suspects after they had set a perimeter, then setting too small a perimeter while a 19 year old bleeds out because of a poorly executed perimeter......again.......Now the prediction......this kid will be dead in the morning. Not because of some conspiracy, no because I know of no boat stored in a back yard which is bullet proof....if you listen to the audio on the gunshots.......the perp in my uninformed and completely ignorant state was shot up first, and then when gravely wounded the negotiations began.....because he most certainly was not going to shoot anymore.......mark my words........he will be dead in the morning, and all the Jack Ruby conspiracy will fail to account for utter incompetence which has been ignored as we run up the flag pole fear and overreaction.......and our media....after two days of talking heads spewing nonsense.....not one person asked the critical questions, and in that process.....they have guaranteed future terrorists will take the mold of this attack.....and it will be replicated.
