Their Jehrico III missile, nuclear tipped, can reach almost any point in the world outside the Americas. Israel does not have enemies in Norway or South Africa. The Jericho three has missile data that I will not post on here due to it being highly classified, but it will not reach as far as you think. Again though, it is SURVIVAL for them to have nukes. Why does an oil rich country like Iran need nuclear power or have to enrich uranium to the point that it is weapons grade? They don't. Once Iran gets a nuke though, everyone in the region will have to have one because Iran doesn't have a lot of friends in the gulf area or in the world for that matter.
