yep, there were letters that went out about the PTSD already i think we discussed a little.
and pkr, this man may not have had due process, because you could spend two days at a mental facility being put there by a officer or a loved one and come out not diagnosed with anything. its hard to say with knowing all the info. but its possible for this to happen. i think newswatcher brings up some good points here. about two things, veterans and then people not getting treatment for fear of the doctor rats.
