Our President just doesn't get it. He is spending 1.6 million dollars to deliver a speech. Our government is broke. He is spending money we haven't printed or borrowed yet.

I've got a great idea. The President delivers his speach in the oval office by a window showing the Vegas strip at night.

Money Saved.
