As long as there is sin and wrongdoing in your own family (or in your city, state, country, etc) you should not be involved in trying to help others? Is that what you mean? Or do you mean if violence is necessary to stop wrongdoing in another country, we should keep out of it?

Free blankets that had been used in the beds of Europeans with Small Pox.
The Native Americans had no resistances to Small Pox and thousands died.
It was Biological Warfare.
Nazi Germany had special subterranean rooms in Czechoslovakia where they took people for special interrogation. The SS stated they did not torture prisoners. They said these rooms were not used for torture, they were used for Enhanced Interrogation.
